ABOUT SAMANTHA

Starting Athletics when she was 10 years old at North Rocks Little Athletics Club in Sydney, Samantha Dale was drawn into the individual aspect of the sport and the feeling you get when you achieve your goals. 

From looking up to Brooke Stratton and then competing against her in long jump, Samantha has added to her career highlights by competing at the 2022 World Athletics Championships and the 2022 Commonwealth Games in Birmingham.
