Charlotte 'Lottie' Wormald first tried windsurfing and sailing as a five-year-old alongside her father on her family's Hobbie 16 and quickly fell in love with the sport. Last year, Lottie placed 24th overall at the 2022 World Sailing Youth World Championships in The Netherlands, a result she considers a career highlight.
The 18-year-old is currently a member of the Australian Youth Squad and earlier this year became the 2023 iQFOiL youth women's national champion.
