At the 2023 World Championships in Baku, Azerbaijan Juliet Lahood defeated Anita Kaminska (POL) in the women's -46kg round of 64 and Laura Sancho (CRC) in the round of 32 before being eliminated by Rita Bakisheva (KAZ) in the round of 16.
Prior to the June World Championships, Juliet won silver in March 2023 at the Belgian Open.
