Nominate Now

Identify up to TWO Year 10, 11 or 12 young people who actively demonstrate leadership through sport or use sport as a vehicle to improve health and wellbeing and drive social change in their school, sport or local community.

ONCE NOMINATED:

  • Follow up with student/s to ensure they access the Change-Maker Series.
  • Discuss and encourage students to apply for the national summit by creating and submitting a video which shows their leadership through sport in their school or local community, and/or use sport as a vehicle to improve health & wellbeing and drive social change in their school or local community.
  • Stay connected and receive updates about the program.

ALL NOMINATED CHANGE-MAKERS RECEIVE:

  • A certificate of recognition.
  • The chance to win an Olympian visit to their school or sports club, where the Olympian will personally present their certificate.
  • Exclusive access to the Olympic Change-Maker Series (released September).
  • An invitation to join the  Olympic Change-Maker Alumni and connect with students across Australia.
  • Consideration to attend the virtual National Change-Maker Summit (video submission required) – all Summit participants win an Olympic Change-Maker prize pack.
