Another medal for Australia at ISSF World Cup

Australian Paul Adams has taken bronze in the Skeet Men at the ISSF World Cup in New Delhi, India, his first World Cup medal.

SHOOTING: Australian Paul Adams has taken bronze in the Skeet Men at the ISSF World Cup in New Delhi, India, his first World Cup medal.

“I went in with a new plan and it has really paid off,” said Adams.

"I am over the moon… my second World Cup final, and my first medal!“

Shooting Australia Shotgun National Coach Adam Vella commented: “Paul’s bronze is a great conclusion to a very successful World Cup. Everyone on the team contributed to the success we have achieved here in New Delhi, and we are all looking forward to the next World Cup event in Mexico.”

"Paul has shown great promise in the last few years, and this performance shows he is now turning that promise into results,” commented Shooting Australia CEO Damien Marangon.

"This, his first World Cup medal, will give him plenty of confidence as he aims for the 2018 Commonwealth Games.”
