ARCHERY: Australia’s men’s archery team will play-off for the bronze medal after going down to world number one ranked Korea in the semi-final.
The Aussie team of Taylor Worth, Ryan Tyack and Alec Potts could not match it with the classy Korean trio despite shooting some impressive scores.
They will take on the winner of the match between China and USA as they aim to win the nation’s first Olympic archery team medal.
Earlier in the day the Aussies secured their berth in the final four with a win over France in the quarter-finals having placed fourth in yesterday’s ranking round.
Australia take to the field at 4:39pm local time (5:39am AEST).
