NSWIS athletes Luke Deane and Jono Brauer shared the honours in a series of races in Turoa that rounded out the Australia New Zealand Continental Cup.
Deane kicked off the Australian challenge, narrowly winning the slalom from team-mate Brauer. New Zealand’s Michael Ross took the bronze.
In the first of two giant slalom events, Deane came up trumps again, edging out Ross, with Brauer and Brad Wall placing third and fourth.
In the final men's giant slalom event of the 2003 southern hemisphere season, the Australians claimed the trifecta, Jono Brauer winning from Brad Wall with Luke Deane in third place.
With the completion of the ANC events, Brauer took the slalom yellow bib and shared the giant slalom bib with team-mate Deane, the pair earning 31st start positions in 2004 northern hemisphere NorAm and Europa Cup races.
