It's been 24 years since Deserie Baynes became the second Australian woman to capture an Olympic Shooting medal when placed third in the inaugural Women's Double Trap event at the 1996 Atlanta Olympic Games, but it was a medal Baynes, then competing as Deserie Huddlestone, was fortunate to earn.
