Dale Begg-Smith has finished in sixth place in a World Cup mogul skiing event in Deer Valley, Utah. Competing at the Salt Lake 2002 Olympic venue, Begg-Smith earned the second highest jump points for his finals run, but an uncharacteristically slow time down the course cost the reigning Olympic champion a place on the podium.
