Tatiana Borodulina and Lachlan Hay have both been eliminated in the heats of the 500m at the World Short Track Speed Skating Championships, Borodulina finishing in 24th place and Hay in 28th. AIS team-mates Alix-Myra Anderson and Jeremy Beck both went out in the preliminary rounds of their respective competitions in Vienna, Anderson placing 41st in the women’s 500m and Beck 37th in the men’s.
