Brauer continues rehab in Mexico

Jono Brauer continues in rehab for his torn achilles tendon, pursuing the therapy that former team-mate AJ Bear used at the Ongley Institute in Esenada, Mexico. Ongley is a New Zealand-born physician who treats joint and back problems. Bode Miller and other members of the United States ski team have also been treated by Ongley, with significantly positive outcomes. Brauer reports on his progress:

Jono Brauer continues in rehab for his torn achilles tendon, pursuing the therapy that former team-mate AJ Bear used at the Ongley Institute in Esenada, Mexico.

Ongley is a New Zealand-born physician who treats joint and back problems.

Bode Miller and other members of the United States ski team have also been treated by  Ongley.

Brauer reports on his progress:

"My treatment here has been going well. My achilles tendon is healing nicely. I am now out of the walking boot which is great and I am steadily re-building the muscle that I lost in my calf and quads."

"Thank you very much to everyone for their continued support over the years. I know that I have been unfortunate with my injuries in the last few seasons but I assure you all that success will be coming very soon."
