Torah Bright has bounced back from the disappointment of falling in the world championships to place fourth in the Winter X Games superpipe in Aspen, Colorado.

Bright qualified in third place behind Gretchen Bleiler of the US and newly-crowned world champion Doriane Vidal of France, but ahead of world championships medallists Hannah Teter and Manuela Pesko.

In the final, Teter lifted her performance, jumping over Bright to take the bronze medal as Bleiler clinched the gold and Vidal the silver.

Bright will now travel to Europe to compete in the World Cup on the Torino Olympic site of Bardonecchia.
