With just 28 days until the Beijing 2022 Opening Ceremony, Australian athletes are in their final push towards the Winter Olympics.

The formal uniform by Sportscraft and Volley was revealed on Tuesday to mark one month to go, with Karbon competition, delegation and Opening Ceremony uniforms and XTM boots, gloves and accessories to be revealed in the coming weeks.

This week Aussie athletes continue their World Cup campaigns, with more medals and Beijing 2022 qualification ranking points on offer.

Events This Week

Moguls World Cup - Tremblant, Canada

  • 7-8 January - moguls, dual moguls
  • Jakara Anthony headlines the mogul team after a dominant end to 2021, winning the singles and dual moguls gold in France. While three-time Olympian Britt Cox is coming off a season-best fourth place in the singles.
  • Fresh off unveiling Australia's Beijing 2022 formal uniform with Britt and Jakara, Brodie Summers rejoins the moguls action with James Matheson and Cooper Woods.

Freestyle Ski and Snowboard, Halfpipe & Slopestyle World Cup & US Grand Prix – Mammoth Mountain, USA

  • 6-8 January - snowboard slopestyle, snowboard halfpipe, freeski halfpipe, freeski slopestyle
  • Catch 16-year-old Valentino Guseli in action after he topped triple Olympic champion Shaun White in his previous snowboard halfpipe final. Also competing at Mammoth Mountain in California will be Cameron Waddell in the freeski slopestyle and Matt Cox in the snowboard slopestyle.

Snowboard Cross World Cup - Winterburg, Germany

  • 7-9 January - snowboard cross
  • Belle Brockhoff resumes from the Christmas break in third position on the world rankings. She narrowly missed out on first place in her last race.
  • Cam Bolton will be trying to back up his season-best fourth place finish he set in Italy. PeyongChang 2018 silver medallist Jarryd Hughes will appear with fellow snowboarders Cam Bolton, Adam Lambert, Adam Dickson and Josie Baff.

Bobsleigh and Skeleton World Cup - Winterburg, Germany 

  • 7-9 January - monobob, skeleton
  • Bree Walker is coming off a strong run of results, which most recently included a second-consecutive monobob silver medal in Latvia last week. Ashleigh Werner finished .24 seconds behind Bree to place sixth and will look to improve. Likewise for Jackie Narracott in skeleton as she hopes to have a big year.

Luge World Cup - Sigulda, Latvia

  • 8-9 January - luge
  • Alex Ferlazzo's World Cup season continues in Latvia. Late last year he secured Australia's quota for Beijing 2022.

Biathlon World Cup - Oberhof, Germany

  • 7-9 January - biathlon
  • Joining Australia's snowboard cross, monobob and skeleton athletes in Germany this week will be Darcie Morton.
