NSW Regional Academies recognised as Australian Olympic Training Centres
New South Wales' next generation of potential Olympians received a boost with the announcement that the eleven Regional Academies of Sport have been officially recognised as ‘Australian Olympic Training Centres’.

The partnership acknowledges the important contribution the academies make to an athlete's pathway in NSW and aims to provide additional motivation for athletes aspiring to the Olympic Games.
