Katya Crema has continued her run of World Cup ski cross finals appearances following the Vancouver Olympics, but unfortunately has not been able to progress past the round of 32.
Crema placed 18th in Grindelwald then 25th in Meiringen, the two Swiss events bringing to nine straight her successful qualification attempts.
The Grindelwald performance was particularly impressive, the 22-year-old Melbourne skier qualifying in fifth place, the best of her career.
Grindelwald was also a happy venue for Ski & Snowboard Australia skier Sami Kennedy, who recorded the best result of her career, finishing in 14th place.
Vancouver 2010 ski cross team member Scott Kneller has also been unable to repeat his brilliant top ten Olympic performance, a 30th his best result.
