Hamilton Laboratories today announced it has become an Official Supplier of the Australian Olympic Teams for Vancouver 2010 and London 2012. This confirms a commitment to supporting the Australian Olympic Team that commenced in 1984.

This sponsorship, in addition to financial support, will provide product for the Australian Olympic athletes including sunscreen, lip balms, moisturisers, dry skin care and saline nasal spray to help them put in sensational performances in 2010 and 2012. Hamilton will also supply product to the 2010 Australian Youth Olympic Team and 2012 Youth Olympic Winter Team and the Olympic Winter Institute.

Hamilton Joint Managing Director, Michael Blake, said: “Hamilton is incredibly excited and proud to be supplying to the Australian Team again for the Winter and Summer Olympic Games.

Hamilton’s sponsorship for Vancouver and London builds on the company’s financial support for the Australian Olympic Committee since 1984, which has been welcomed by Australian Olympic Committee President, John Coates.

Hamilton is planning as part of its sponsorship program, to conduct a cause-related marketing program to provide part proceeds of sale of Hamilton products to support the Australian Olympic Teams, through to the end of 2012.
