A quarter-final crash on the snowboard cross course in Cypress Mountain, Vancouver, has robbed Damon Hayler of any chance of back-to-back World Cup wins. Hayler went down while leading the head-to-head battle, and was then ploughed into by one of the following riders, sustaining several scratches and a minor shoulder injury.
