Yesterday marked a very exciting milestone - 100 days to go until the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games! The AOC launched Olympics Live sites, presented by Westpac, to bring family, friends and fans together for the Games, while athletes and sporting federations shared their excitement across social media.

The Olympics Live site launch event was hosted by Sydney 2000 beach volleyball gold medallist, Kerri Pottharst and included seven-time surfing world champion Stephanie Gilmore, London 2012 and selected Tokyo 2020 Modern Pentathlete, Ed Fernon, and Olympic silver and bronze medallist, Jessica Fox, who has been selected for her third Games at Tokyo.

Each athlete shared the importance of having a supportive base back home and the benefits of being able to come together as an Australian Olympic community, during the Games.

Online, athletes shared themselves giving 100%, to celebrate the 100 day-milestone.

While others shared their excitement at being just over three months away from competing on the biggest sporting stage of them all.
