Jake's food for thought as he digests tough Oceania Champs field in Gisborne

Australia’s ITU Under 23 World Champion Jake Birtwhistle will take the hard-earned lessons of Abu Dhabi into Saturday’s Oceania Triathlon Championships in Gisborne on New Zealand’s North Island.
