After a long anticipated wait, Australia’s best Freestyle Skiers are soaring through the skies at the new Olympic Winter Training Centre in Brisbane.

The $6.5 million facility that opened in early October is the first year-round outdoor aerial facility in the world.

The Australian Mogul and Aerial Teams have wasted no time in putting the new centre through its paces, having their first training camps on the new jumps this month.

Dual Winter Olympian and PyeongChang 2018 silver medallist, mogul skier Matt Graham, recently took over the @AUSOlympicTeam Instagram story to take followers behind the scenes of the world-class facility.

Graham takes us through the seven different jumps – where athletes can reach maximum speeds of over 70km/h and launch up to 17 metres above the water – to the equipment required to safely complete such ambitious acrobatics, and much more.
