Ski and Snowboard Australia rider Joh Shaw experienced mixed fortunes in the double-headed World Cup parallel snowboard meet in La Molina, Spain, over the weekend. Shaw finished in 19th place in the opening parallel GS event, the sixth of the season, missing a berth in the finals by just three places.
