AIS/OWI mogul skiing hopes for the season took a major hit when Dale Begg-Smith – World Cup champion for the past three seasons - injured his knee in Deer Valley. Ramone Cooper also had some injury issues which limited his opportunity to compete and his results, but he did come back towards his best at the FIS Freestyle World Championships, the last event of the season, finishing in 15th place in dual moguls.
