Four-time Olympian Bradley McGee broke his collarbone less than a month before his second Olympic Games at Sydney 2000.

He shares his home-Games experience with Tim Gilbert, which saw him miraculously recover enough to secure a bronze medal in the Individual Pursuit.

Plus, he relives his five medals across four Olympic campaigns, how he first got involved in the sport, and the impact it has had on his life, 12 years after his last Games.

McGee is the only Aussie cyclist to win medals in the individual pursuit at three Olympic Games and had won more track cycling medals than any other Australian, until Anna Meares won her sixth medal at Rio 2016.

Off the track, he was a stage winner in the three great European tours, the Tour de France, Vuelta a Espana and Giro d'Italia.
