Australia’s Alex “Chumpy” Pullin goes into the final snowboard cross event of the season with his eyes fixed on adding the World Cup title to the World Championship crown he took in January, after finishing fourth in the penultimate round last night. Competing in the second event of a double header in Arosa, Switzerland, tonight (Australian time), the 23-year-old Australian Institute of Sport scholarship holder will start knowing he needs to earn 604 points more than standings leader, Frenchman Pierre Vaultier.
