Jo Shaw has finished in 35th place in the World Cup parallel slalom in Nendaz, Switzerland.
Shaw recorded a qualifying run time of 37.64 seconds, 2.69 seconds behind German rider Selina Joerg, missing a place in the second qualifying round.
Joerg went on to win the event from Austrian rider Heidi Neururer. Doresia Krings, also of Austria, took the bronze medal.
It was a breakthrough result for the German 19-year-old, her previous best result a 15th placing in the opening event of the season.
Krings leads the World Cup standing on 3460 points from Neururer on 3280 points. Shaw is in 38th place on 148 points.
