Disqualification in the second run of qualifying has relegated Joh Shaw to 32nd place in the final World Cup parallel giant slalom or the season. Riding in Lake Placid, New York State, Shaw was the 15th fastest down the hill on the blue course in her opening run, but went out on the second run.
