The Executive The NSW Ice Skating Association (NSWISA) has announced the establishment of a special memorial fund in memory of Dr Alan Blinn and Mrs Simone Moore. The two leading members of the New South Wales figure skating community were tragically killed in the Sydney Harbour boating accident late last month.
