Davina Williams has become the fourth Australian winter sports athlete to finish the season in the world’s top five, ending the 2008 ski cross World Cup in fourth place. Williams added a fourth placing in the World Cup final in Valmalenco, Italy, to the bronze medal she had won earlier in the season, to join Dale Begg-Smith, Jacqui Cooper and Liz Gardner in the elite echelon of freestyle skiing.
