Four days ago, it was unsure whether Australia would have four riders on the start line for women’s team pursuit to qualify after a heavy crash during training. But in true Olympic - and Aussie - spirit, they overcome all odds to secure a spot in Saturday's first round with the third fastest time.

The Australian Olympic Committee acknowledges Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples of this nation.
