The OWI Aerial Skiing program is currently finalising its preparations for the first international World Cup events of the year, training at Apex Resort, BC, Canada.

Taking part in the training camp are Jacqui Cooper, Liz Gardner, Lainie Cole and Bree Munro. OWI Technical coach Daniel Murphy reports that all athletes are training well, and are close to performing their highest degree of difficulty tricks.

Jacqui Cooper is expected to perform her first triple back somersaults of the season once weather conditions improve, while Lainie Cole and Bree Munro are close to jumping double full – full.

Liz Gardner, Lainie Cole and Bree Munro will travel to China on December 10th for two world cup events, to be held on December 16th and 18th.

Jacqui Cooper will remain in Apex to work on her triple back somersaults.
