Football - Asian Olympic Qualifiers
Starting their Paris 2024 campaign last night with a 2-0 win against Iran, the Matildas have two games remaining in the series.
They are set to play the Philippines in Perth on Sunday and Chinese Taipei on Wednesday 1 November. Winning these two games and topping their group will advance the Matildas to the next stage of qualifying for the Paris 2024 Olympic Games.

Breaking - Oceania Championships
The QMS Oceania Breaking Championships, held in Sydney's Town Hall from on Friday and Saturday, mark the second last chance for Aussie breakers to qualify for the sport's Olympic debut at the Paris 2024 Olympic Games.
The winners of the solo b-girl and solo b-boy disciplines will earn a spot in the group 16 of the 2024 Olympic Games in Paris.

Shooting - Oceania Championships
The Shooting Oceania Championships, held in Brisbane from Monday 30 October to Monday 6 November, is an important qualifying event for athletes with the winner of each event across all 12 individual shooting events earning a quota spot for Paris 2024.
Additional quota spots are available for second place in both the women's and men's 50m Rifle 3 Positions event.

Tennis - Paris Masters
Australian tennis stars are back in action next week at the Paris Masters, from 30 October - 5 November.
World No. 13 Alex de Minaur will headline the Australian team, he will be joined in the French capital by Max Purcell, Alexei Popyrin, Aleksandar Vukic, Christopher O'Connell, Jordan Thompson, Rinky Hijikata and Thanasi Kokkinakis.

BMX - Racing - National Championships
The 2023 BMX Racing National Championships are taking place this week from 30 October - 4 November in Shepparton, Victoria.
2023 UCI World Cup overall winner and Tokyo Olympian Saya Sakakibara will certainly be one to watch as she looks to defend her national title at the event, as will 2016 Olympian Bodi Turner in the Elite Men category.
