A fish out of water, Keesja Gofers is doing all she can during home isolation to keep herself fit and healthy for when she can join her Aussie Stingers water polo family back in the pool.
The Sydney sider, who would usually be traveling and competing in Europe during this time of the year, recently took over the @AUSOlympicTeam Instagram story to give followers a sneak peek into her life in home isolation.
Between video calling her teammates for a stationary bike training session, practicing her goal scoring in her parent’s pool and fuelling her body with nutritious home cooking, Keesja spent her time with her fiancé Scott and their dog Magic.
