Current Javelin World Champion Kelsey-Lee Barber made her Olympic debut at Rio 2016, placing 13th. Now, the 28-year-old has just been selected for her second Olympic Games in Tokyo in 2021.

On the day of her Team selection, the Doha 2019 World Champion and Gold Coast 2018 Commonwealth Games silver medallist took over the @AUSOlympicTeam Instagram account to show followers how she was celebrating the news with her husband and coach, Mike, and how she’s preparing for the postponed Games during the COVID-19 global pandemic from her training base in Canberra.

On top of training sessions and media commitments to celebrate her Tokyo selection, Barber found time to answer all your burning questions about her history in the sport and her top training tips.
