The Australian Amateur Ice Racing Council World Championship and World Cup selection trials were held at the weekend, and teams for both events have now been announced.

Representing Australia at the fifth and sixth ISU World Cups, to be held in Mladá Boleslav, Czech Republic, and Bormio, Italy, on the first two weekends of February, will be:

Lachlan Hay
Stephen Lee
Alex McEwan
Mark McNee
Elliott Shriane
Ann Zhang (coach)

Hay and Shriane will be making their World Cup debut appearances in World Cup.

Mark McNee has been selected as the sole member of the team for the International Skating Union 2004 World Short Track Speed Skating Championships, to be held in Gothenburg, Sweden from March 19-21.
