The result follows her 23rd and 24th placings in the opening event of the season in Valle Nevado, Chile, in August.
Thomas recorded a qualifying time of 1:08.09 seconds to miss the 16 woman quarter final stage by 3 seconds.
After the first three events of the season, the New South Wales Institute of Sport/Ski & Snowboard Australia athlete is in 26th place on the World Cup standings.
The race was won by Doresia Krings of Austria, with Italian Carmen Ranigler in second place and French rider Deborah Anthonioz in third place.
Krings is in second place on the standings behind British rider Zoe Gillings.
The next snowboard cross event will be in the French resort of Avoriaz on December 12.
