Bryan Leslie Harper is an Australian sprint canoeist who represented Australia at the 1956 Melbourne Olympic Games. Born on 12 July 1927, Harper competed in the demanding Canadian single canoe events and was among Australia's early canoeing pioneers.

At Melbourne 1956, he finished seventh in the C1 1000 metres and ninth in the C1 10,000 metres, producing two strong performances against an international field.

Harper was renowned for his self-reliance, even designing and building the canoe he raced at the Olympic Games. His long service to paddling earned him Life Membership of the Australian Canoe Federation, and he remains an important figure in Australian canoeing history.
