Chris Anstey made his Olympic debut in 2000 at the Sydney Games, finishing fourth. He again played with the Boomers at Beijing 2008, finishing seventh. Anstey played numerous seasons for Victorian NBL sides Melbourne Tigers, South-East Melbourne Magic and Victoria Titans. He retired from professional basketball at the end of the 2009/10 season.
