Jane's Story

Born in Brisbane, Jane Waller was 18 when she competed at the Beijing 2008 Olympics, becoming the youngest Australian female archer to compete at a Games. Starting the sport in 2001, Waller moved to Canberra in 2004 to take up an AIS scholarship. Waller competed at the 2005 Australian Youth Olympic Festival where she finished fourth in the individual event and second in the team.
