Joshua's Story

Australia’s only male artistic gymnast at the London 2012 Olympics was Queenslander Josh Jefferis. The 155cm pocket rocket had a sensational Games, producing Australia’s best individual men’s result at an Olympics. Jefferis produced six clean apparatus performances in the qualification round to finish in 27th place on 85.598 point and make the individual all-around final. He again put down six clean routines in the final, with the floor and rings pulling his best results – to eventually finish 19th on 86.865 points.
