Scott's Story

Scott Matthew Logan is a former Australian freestyle swimmer who represented Australia at the 1996 Atlanta Olympic Games. Born in Brisbane on 24 July 1976, Logan emerged as one of Australia's leading sprint freestylers during the mid-1990s.

At the Atlanta Olympics, Logan competed in the men's 4 × 100 metre freestyle relay alongside Michael Klim, Matthew Dunn and Chris Fydler. The Australian quartet finished sixth in the Olympic final.

Following the Olympics, Logan continued to represent Australia internationally, winning a silver medal in the 4 × 100 metre freestyle relay at the 1997 Pan Pacific Championships and a bronze medal at the 1997 World Short Course Championships.
