Tonny's Story

Tonny Kaj Jensen is a former Australian basketball player who represented Australia at the 1996 Atlanta Olympic Games. Born in Wagga Wagga, New South Wales, on 7 September 1971, Jensen earned selection to the Boomers after a determined rise through Australian basketball.

At Atlanta 1996, Jensen competed in the men's basketball tournament as part of the Australian national team who came 4th overall.

Jensen played professionally in the National Basketball League with clubs including the Sydney Kings, Townsville Suns and Newcastle Falcons. His strong performances with Newcastle helped earn his Olympic selection, fulfilling a long-held ambition to represent Australia.
