Xi's Story

Xi Tao “Stella” Zhou is a Chinese-born Australian table tennis player who represented Australia at the 1996 Atlanta and 2000 Sydney Olympic Games. Born in Guangzhou, China, on 3 May 1973, she became one of Australia's leading female table tennis competitors.

At Atlanta 1996, Zhou competed in the women's doubles alongside her sister Shirley Zhou. The sisters were among Australia's top-ranked table tennis players during the era.

Zhou returned for the Sydney 2000 Olympics and helped achieve one of Australia's best Olympic table tennis results when she and teammate Miao Miao finished fifth in the women's doubles competition.
