Australian Olympic Committee

Olympics Unleashed is currently available to primary schools in ACT, SA and QLD, as well as high schools in ACT and NSW. We are working on extending it to more schools in other States and Territories.

4 STEPS TO OLYMPICS UNLEASHED

1. Register your school

The program is targeted to students in years 4 to 6 and year 9. The program can be presented to individual classes or to entire assemblies.
Register online and once we confirm a date, we will assign an athlete to your school.

2. Prepare Your Students

Once your date is booked, we will send by email the athlete bio and a school guide to help you prepare. We have designed lesson plans that link directly to the curriculum in your State or Territory. Take a look at the  lesson plans.

3. On the event day

Host your virtual visit! We'll help make it as smooth as possible for you and your students.

Encourage students to ask questions and think about their own passions and goals. Capture the experience with photos to share with your school community.

4. Stay connected

Harness the momentum by using the lesson plan activities to get students working on their passion, their goals, their resilience.

Share your experience on your school's social channels with #OlympicsUnleashed and tagging @AusOlympicTeam
