Janusz Hooker joined with Duncan Free, Ronal Snook and Bo Hanson to claim the bronze medal in the quadruple sculls, behind Germany and the United States at Atlanta 1996. The last Australian medal in this category of boat was a silver, at Los Angeles 1984.
