Trennon's Story
Trennon Paynter competed in freestyle skiing at the 2002 Olympic Winter Games in Salt Lake City. Paynter contested the men’s moguls, finishing 23rd and missing a finals berth.
Born in Sydney, Paynter’s best international result was a 9th placing in the moguls at the 1999 World Championships in Meiringen and a 17th placing in the dual moguls at the 2001 World Championships in Blackcomb.
After retiring from competition, Paynter went on to have a successful career as a freesking coach, including coaching the Canadian ski halfpipe team.
